The Decibel Meter app utilizes the built-in microphone to detect the sound level and displays it in decibels (dB). The microphone captures audio data, which is then used to calculate dB/AF (Audio Frequency) readings for the user. This app supports polling functionality through web hooks, allowing for real-time data analysis of dB and frequency values. Additionally, users can easily share readings via Messages, Email, WhatsApp, Notes, and other platforms for further analysis using dB/AF values.

It is important to note that this app does not collect, use, store, transmit, or circulate any audio or personal information in any way. The decibel readings obtained from this application are limited to the capabilities of the device's microphone. As such, it is not recommended to rely on this app for high-quality professional-grade measurements. Audible frequencies are limited to the range of 20 to 16,000 Hz.
